William C. Kalista, 69, of Moodus, CT, beloved husband of Kathy (Morrison) Kalista, passed away on Monday June 1, 2026. He was born in Middletown, CT, son of the late William and Anna (Rajpolt) Kalista.

Bill is survived by his wife Kathy, sons, Ryan and Nathan, daughter, Hailey (Kalista) Champagne, daughter-in-law Hannah Fish, as well as two grandchildren, Chloe and Luke. He was predeceased by his son Thomas Kalista.

Bill lived a life centered on family. A lifelong devoted Moodus resident, he was committed to community and his family’s legacy. Bill was an incredibly patient, gentle and selfless man. The many lives he touched throughout his journey will forever remember his generosity, kindness and everlasting love.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday June 11th at 11 a.m. at St. Bridget of Kildare Cemetery in Moodus, CT
