Virginia A. Hill, 60, of Middletown, died Monday August 25, 2025, at Hartford Hospital. She was born in Burmingham, AL, daughter of Cora Hill of Middletown and the late Cleo Craig of Middletown. Virginia was employed with the State of CT Department of Labor as the Tax Administrative Supervisor for 31 years.

She is survived by her brother Melvin Hill (Saundra Bennett) of Middletown, and nieces Kiarra Bennett, Lakeisha Welch, Kyrra Hill, Kendra Hill, and Samej Hill. Nephews Matthew (Rashaan) Hill (Courtney) and Kalen Hill. Great Nieces, Legacy Coleman, Angela Coleman, Vanessa Coleman, Melauni Hill, Raeya Hill, Melriah Rios. Great Nephews, Camden Hill and Meljaun Hill. Special cousins: James Hill (Marla), William Hill Jr., and Fredrick Hill. She was predeceased by her brother, Matthew Hill and sister, Annie Hill of Middletown. She obtained a host of special friends from CT DOL.

Calling hours will be held Thursday September 4th, 2025, from 10am-11am, followed by the funeral service at 11am at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 346 Butternut Street Middletown CT, 06457.
