Thomas A. Cote, Jr. 78, of Middletown, husband of the late, Muriel (Hutchins) Cote, died peacefully at his home with family at his side.

Tom was born in New Britain, son of the late, Thomas A. Cote, Sr. and Helen (Novakowski) Cote.  Prior to his retirement, Tom was employed as a mechanic with Rossi Lumber.

Tom is survived by a daughter, Beverly Marston and her Dean of Middletown, four sisters, Eleanor Kokoszka, Rockfall, Patricia Fargione and her husband Salvatore, East Berlin, Georgiana Rosa and her husband Carmelo, Haddam, Annette Hofher and her husband Jack, Jr. three grandchildren, Gerald Blaise, Megan Fink, Eric Marston, and five great grandchildren, Logan, Jackson, Darien, Evan, Jesus.  He was predeceased by a daughter, Regina Marie Viering, a sister, Clair Bilts, and a brother, William Kania.
