Stasia DeMichele of Higganum, beloved wife of Joseph E. DeMichele passed away on March 9, 2024.

She was born in Tanzania, daughter of Piotr and Anna Trymbulak.  Her Lab Tech jobs included grant work at UCONN, United Technologies and Consolidated Cigar. Later in life she worked for SARAH as a baker. She found her work with clients very rewarding. She was an avid reader, enjoyed restoring houses and gardening.  She was involved in the Town of Haddam serving on planning and zoning for 30 years.

Stasia is survived by her daughter Danuta DeMichele of Higganum; a brother Peter Trymbulak along with nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Joseph, a sister Wanda Piotrowicz and a brother Marty Trymbulak.

Funeral Services will be held at SS Cyril and Methodius Church Hartford CT March 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
