Shirley Ann (Milardo) Greco, 91, of Middletown, beloved wife for 70 years of Joseph O. Greco, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Middlesex Hospital.

She was born in Middletown, only daughter and child of the late Joseph and Katherine (Agnew) Milardo. She raised her children with love and devotion, while holding various administrative positions over her lifetime. She retired from the State of Connecticut where she was employed as the Executive Assistant to the President of Middlesex Community College.

Her kindness, warmth, and wisdom will be sorely missed by all those who knew her.

In addition to her husband, Joseph, she is survived by her son, Scott Greco (husband of Karen Greco) of Higganum; daughters, Dawn Morgan (wife of Edward Morgan) of Queenstown, MD, Kim Staniszewski (wife of Gregory Staniszewski) of Edgewater, MD; six grandchildren, Mark Staniszewski, Cara Atwell, Lindsay Staniszewski, Kasey Staniszewski Kons, Caitlin Greco and Alise Greco, and two great-grandsons, Declan and Owen Atwell.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 10 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 10 Elm St., Middletown, CT. Family and friends may gather prior to the service from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at the church.
