Obituary

Beloved Samantha Debra (Vinci) Parker passed away suddenly Sunday at Hartford Hospital surrounded by her family. She leaves behind her husband Patrick Parker Jr, son Patrick III, step-daughter Ayane, father Lou Vinci and wife Wendy, mother Denise, and many family and friends.

Samantha was a ray of light as she utilized her LMSW degree to help empower and improve lives of others. She was an advocate for victims of human trafficking, women's rights, and special needs. She strived to protect, educate, support, and improve the lives of all she met, including her village of loved ones.

As she embarked on her greatest journey in life, motherhood; Samantha utilized everything in her wheelhouse to be the best advocate, teacher, cheerleader, and example for her son. She spent tireless hours ensuring Pat had all he needed and wanted. She empowered their village of supports to be prepared to step up in support at any given second, and gave all of us the tools to grow, thrive, and succeed at everything we do. Her love for Little Pat and Yaya was immeasurable and beamed from every part of her being.

And now she has entrusted her village with the honor and task to carry on her precious work. As we rise together to carry her eternal torch of helping others, we will utilize the tools she instilled in us.

May she rest in eternal peace knowing she was an unstoppable force of good and that we are here to continue her fight. She will never be forgotten!!

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her son's special needs ABLE account to help with his future expenses. Information about donating will be available at the funeral home.
