Ronald J. Judkins, 54, of Middletown, died May 31, 2023 at Middlesex Hospital. Sammy was born in Middletown, son of Ronald C. Judkins, and Marlene (Miano) Judkins.

Sam is survived by a son, Chapman F. Judkins of East Hampton, a brother, Shaun Judkins of Middletown, Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins. He was predeceased by a son, Nicholas Judkins and a sister, Tammy Ann Judkins.

Sammy loved spending his time outdoors, fishing, having bonfires, and driving around town with his beloved dog Jax.
