Roger G. Raymond, 65, of Middletown, husband of Elizabeth "Liz" (Farley) Raymond, died Saturday August 31, 2024, at Hartford Hospital.

Born in Middletown, the son of the late Andre "Andy" and Helene (Lamy) Raymond, Roger was the proud VP for the great 1977 class of Vinal Tech. He retired from the Wesleyan Physical Plant team and was currently owner/operator of a lawncare business.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Marc Raymond of Rocky Hill; daughters, Carrie Hogan (Scott) of Naples, FL, and Raianne Raymond (Lucas) of Meriden; brother, Robert Raymond (Kay) of The Villages, FL; adored grandchildren Sidney, Caden and Cody, grand-pup Archer as well as many extended families in CT and Quebec.

Funeral services will be Wednesday (Sept. 11th) at 6:30 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown. Burial and a celebration of Roger's Life will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at Biega Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. prior to the services.
