Richard "Dick" Spencer was known as a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.  His family has been his greatest joy.  He was born and grew up in Ft. Fairfield, Maine, and will be returning home.

He worked as a glazier for a number of years, and then worked for HoloCrome in Elmwood.  He volunteered with the Westfield Fire Dept, retiring as Captain.  He leaves his wife Venna, his children; son Richard Spencer Jr. and his wife Courtney and daughter Christine Royea and her husband Kevin along with his precious grandchildren Leanna, Erin and Ella, as well as his sister, Agnes "Bunny".  He was predeceased by his mother Helen, father Earlon, sister Shirley and brother-in-law Terry "Bunky"
