Peter Vernon Allen, 61, has passed away peacefully on November 1st 2023, in his final days, he was surrounded by his loving Mother, daughters and in company of his brother, Mark.

Peter was born in Macon, GA to his father and mother, lovingly known as Bunky and Bunny on December 7th, 1961.  Peter grew up in Middletown CT, where he resided most of his life. In his growing young life, he was known to be the be life of the party, often found belting out classic rock with his rock star edge to Pearl Jam and Guns and Roses anthems while playing pool, riding his motorcycle, and alongside his siblings Mark Allen, Terri-Lynn, (T.T. and who he has been pre-deceased) and Penny Scarpelli. Peter had a fondness of coin collecting, fishing and being around dogs.

Peter loved and cherished his three daughters and his grandchildren, whom is survived by, Nicole, and her children Jonathan, Jayden (Pre-Deceased) and Jordan.  Chelsea Lynn, her husband Henry, Makenzie, Tiffani, Haylee, Pickles, Prince Thomas and Robert Allen, and Peter's youngest, Kellie Allen.

While there is no mistake to recognize Peter struggled many years of his life with addiction, the manner of death does not change the events in his life that brought good, shared memories and unconditional love until the very end.

In remembrance of Pete and others that continue to struggle, please live one day at a time, enjoy one moment at a time, accept hardship as a pathway to peace.

Funeral services will be held on Monday (Nov. 6th) at 11 a.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are kindly asked for NA and AA support centers.
