Myron Markowski, 89, of Middletown, husband of the late Jacquelyn (Zdankowski) "Miss Jackie Lynn" Markowski, died February 17, 2023 at Middlesex Hospital.

Myron was born in Middletown, son of the late, John and Frances (Konopka) Markowski.  Prior to his retirement, Myron was employed with Metropolitan Life Insurance as an agent.  He was also co-owner of the Jackie Lynn School of Dance of Middletown and a proud U.S. Army Veteran. Myron was a very active member of St. Francis Of Assisi church and served as a Greeter, Lector, Server, member of the Parish Council and a honored recipient of the St. Francis of Assisi Award for his dedication.

Myron is survived by one brother, Raymond Markowski of Tamarac, Florida and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his daughter, Geralyn Markowski, two sisters, Theresa and Frances "Pinky" Markowski, and five brothers, John, Edward, Stanley, Thomas, and Joseph Markowski.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday, February 25 ^th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 10 Elm Street, Middletown. Burial with military honors will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery.
