Mary Ann Zelek Fendt, 73, of Middletown, wife of the late, Peter C Zelek and Warren Fendt, died suddenly at her home on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

Maryann was born in New Britain, daughter of the late, Jacob M. Migacz and Adelle (Korytkowski) Migacz.

Prior to her retirement, Mary Ann worked as an administrator for a property management company.

Mary Ann is survived by a son, Peter Zelek and his wife Anna Zelek of New York, a daughter Allison Gora and her husband Adam Gora of East Hampton, a sister Margaret Pzynski, and her husband James of Florida, four grandchildren Aiden, Alex, Sophia and Peter a sister-in-law, Carol Migacz and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Migacz.

Mary Ann lived a quiet life and enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and collecting recipes. Mary Ann was an avid crafter and loved knitting, making jewelry and wreaths. The most joy in her life was her 4 grandchildren. She was so proud of all of them and loved being their "Baci".
