Marie Therese (Lesayec) Picaut, 97, of Middletown wife of the late Joachin J Picaut and sister of the late Marcelle Chafin of Middletown. Marie passed peacefully at Wadsworth Glen with her Niece Lucienne Piontkowski of Middletown by her side.

She was born in France in 1927 the daughter of the late Paul and Marianne (Quilre) LeSayec and was raised in France until she moved to Middletown which she has called home for the last 60 years. Prior to her retirement she was a well-known hairdresser in Middletown a trade that she started working in while living in France.

Marie is survived by her only sibling left Ann LeSayec of France, out of ten Brothers and Sisters, as well as many nieces and nephews here in the United States as well as abroad in France.
