Lynn LaChase, 76, of Middletown, beloved wife of Dennis LaChase, of 51 years, passed away peacefully on Monday June 10, 2024. She was born in Lansing, MI, daughter of the late Francis Marshall and Mary Alice (Jennings) Burgess.

Besides her husband she is survived by her two daughters and their spouses Meredith and Brian Werstak, of Tolland, and Allison and Jeffrey Shackett of Higganum and her four granddaughters, Piper, Nora, Lacy and Drew.  She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Lynn was predeceased by her brother, John Burgess, of Harbor Springs, MI.

Lynn was the consummate entertainer; her most treasured memories were times spent with her family and friends. She loved to spend time at the beach and never met a dog she didn't adore, but none more precious than her beloved pets, Barnaby, Sammy and Charlie. Lynn was a warm and loving soul who cared for all those around her. She will forever be remembered by those who knew her as the best mom, a loving wife and the truest of friends.  Lynn's friendships encompassed all aspects of her life and each was special to her.

Visitation will be held Tuesday June 18th, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 12 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home 3 Silver St. Middletown. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
