Lucille Marion (Wasbroad) Beach, 100, previously of Portland, CT passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in O'Fallon, MO.

Lucille Marion Beach was born July 14, 1922 in Fairfax, VT and was the daughter of Thomas and Mertie (Pekley) Wasbroad. Lucille and her husband Andrew (Andy) were happily married for 62 years before his passing in 2004. Lucille enjoyed playing bunco with her friends and being a grandmother and great-grandmother.

Lucille is preceded in death by her husband Andrew (Andy) Beach, mother Mertie, father Thomas, brothers; John, Leon and Thomas Brennan, sisters; Eileen and Myrtle and son-in-law Peter Suchanek. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl (Beach) Suchanek of O'Fallon, MO, grandchildren Christopher (Jennifer) Suchanek of Centertown, MO, Tracy Suchanek of O'Fallon, MO, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

A mass is scheduled for Thursday, May 11th at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Church in Portland, CT, with burial services to follow at the Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT. There are no calling hours.
