Louis D. Corneroli, 88, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Monday April 10, 2023.

He was born in Middletown, on January 1, 1935, son of the late Louis J. and Marie (D'Amico) Corneroli. Louie graduated from Wilson High School on 1953, where he lettered in varsity football, basketball and baseball. He served in the US Army from 1955 to 1957. Louie trained harness racing horses for 25 years from Maine to Florida, and was proud of his winners. He also served for 15 years as U.S. Connecticut State Marshal.

Louie would like to thank the JJ Vinci family, the Morris Haftel family, the Ronald Ghezzi family, Wadsworth Glen and all who supported him with their compassion and support over the years. He will be missed by all who knew him.

His Funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday (April 29th) at 11 a.m. at St. Sebastian Church, 155 Washington St. Middletown. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery.
