Linda (Mergl) Ciccarello, 75, wife of the late Joseph P. Ciccarello, passed away after a short illness at Middlesex Hospital on October 21, 2023, with loving family and friends by her side. She was born in Middletown, daughter of the late Henry and Ebba (Olson) Mergl. Linda was a devoted clerk of the Middletown Probate Court where she spent the last 20 years of her career helping others.  She also enjoyed happy hour and dinners with her besties.

Linda is survived by her daughters, Brandi Pillarella of Middletown, Bonnie Pillarella and her partner Stephanie of Middletown, and God-daughter, Sandy Fuller of Middletown.

Linda's family would like to give a special thank you to her hospice nurses Dori and Jill for their wonderful care and compassion.

Visitation will be held on November 11th from 2 to 4 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 4 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
