Leonard "Geno" Mazzulli, 93, formerly of Middletown, husband of the late Jane (Bankowski) Mazzulli, died Friday September 29, 2023.

He was born in Flushing, OH, the son of the late Orlando and Angelina (Letta) Mazzulli. Geno served with the US Marines Corp.  Prior to his retirement, he was a machine operator and glazer with EIS in Middletown.

Leonard enjoyed doing projects around the house and would often create "inventions" to make a job easier or more organized.  He always offered a helping hand to family and friends.  He loved to read and stayed up with current events.  He is survived by several nieces and nephews and was a role model for all.

Visitation will be held Saturday (October 7th) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown.  Interment will be at the convenience of his family in the State Veterans' Cemetery.  Those who wish, may send memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
