Kevin G.
Brousseau
Jan 12, 1950 — Aug 22, 2023
Middletown
Kevin G. Brousseau, 73, of Middletown, beloved husband of Maria Mirella (Emanuele) Brousseau, died Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Hartford Hospital. Kevin was born in New Britain, son of the late Joseph Raymond R. Brousseau and Eleanor (Walsh) Brousseau. Prior to his retirement, Kevin was employed as a stationary engineer at Connecticut Valley Hospital. Besides his wife Maria, Kevin is survived by a daughter, Melissa Braun and her husband Donald of Haddam, a son, Eric Brousseau and his wife Jenna of Portland, two brothers, Richard Leon Brousseau of Georgia, Ronald A. Brousseau and his wife Joy of Plainville, four grandchildren, Julia Braun, Hailey Braun, Matteo Brousseau, and Harper Brousseau, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Anette Brousseau. Kevin enjoyed many passions in his life, but he most enjoyed boating and being on the water. Though Kevin enjoyed helping anyone and everyone, he found the most fulfillment in doing anything he could to support his children and grandchildren from helping to fix something in one of their homes or cars to picking them up or dropping them off at school, or attending recitals, games, ceremonies, parties, anything to be with them. Of everything Kevin valued and cherished, his family was always number one. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 28th at Saint Sebastian Church, Washington Street, Middletown.
