Jordan Philip Clark, 35, of Durango, Colorado, passed away in his sleep on February 9, 2026. His passing will leave a deep and lasting impact on all who knew and loved him.

Beloved son of Briana J. Dekorte (Middletown), Jordan was born in Middletown, Connecticut on January 9, 1991. He was a resident of the Portland and Middletown communities until about 2017 when he decided to make Durango, Colorado his home. He left his mark through his kindness, humor, and unmistakable presence. Jordan had a deep passion for BMX biking, Motocross, art/drawing and tattooing, as well as always enjoying getting on the dance floor at family functions. He was incredibly talented with his hands and had a creative spirit that showed in everything he touched and put his mind to. Those who knew him will remember his kind heart, infectious sense of humor and genuine goodness. He had a knack for always making people he met feel welcomed, seen, and cared for. His memory will live on through the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the lives he touched.

Besides his mother, Jordan is survived by his stepfather Paul D. Viola and his wife Heidi (Cromwell), his siblings, sister Samantha L. Clark (Middletown), sister and brother-in-law Shawna M. (Viola) and Christian Washington (Hartford), brothers Tucker W.D. Viola and Jayden M.A. Viola and his partner Adreanna Rios (all of Cromwell), as well as honorary brother Paulie Viola, and nephew Landon Riggott. His father Philip J. Clark (Bristol), maternal grandparents Scott and Jean Hall (Middletown) and Sonja Dekorte (Portland), Uncle Scott C. Hall (Bristol), grandparents Paul and Eudosia Viola (Durham) and additional siblings Tabitha Lis (Waterbury), Branden Michaud (Bristol) and Thomas Whitcomb (Lyndenville, VT), and many more aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Jordan shared a special bond with his immediate family, and his loss leaves an immeasurable void in their hearts.

He was predeceased by his sister Mackenzie M. Viola, maternal grandfather Howard W. Dekorte, Uncle Glenn H. Dekorte and Paternal grandmother Tobi L. Clark.
