John Kruvka, 73, of Middletown, died Thursday October 2, 2025 at his home. He was born in Middletown, son of the late Edward and Stephanie (Kokoszka) Kruvka. John was employed with Pratt & Whitney retiring as a Quality Assurance Inspector after 41 years.

He was a member of the Polish Falcons and will be remembered as a classic car enthusiast and drag racer. He loved the outdoors whether he was camping, hiking or fishing with his family.

John is survived by his daughter Cristie Kruvka of Middletown, stepson, Jason Brown of Moodus, sisters Judy Cooper of Cromwell, Patricia Nanfito and her husband Phil of Westbrook, and his granddaughter Victoria Kruvka as well as several nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Robert Kruvka.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday October 9th  at 10 a.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown, Burial will follow at Indian Hill Cemetery.
