Jeannine Eddy, 58, of Lebanon, beloved wife of Glen Eddy, died Wednesday April 24, 2024, at Windham Hospital. She was born in Manchester, daughter of the late Gerald and Laura (Klotzer) LaFountain.

Despite growing up in the city, it was both her love for tractors and her family that drove her to the country. As the Matriarch, she held her family together through it all, as both a loving wife and fierce mamma bear. Family was her biggest priority, whether that meant being a protector, advisor, or confidant. Whenever she spoke, we may not always have liked to hear what she had to say, but we all knew in the back of our mind, "Mom's always right," and she would never let us forget it. Jeannine is survived by her husband, Glen; sons, Jason Eddy of Reno, NV Alex Eddy of Lebanon; five grandchildren, Anna, Bella, Allison, Hunter and Conner; siblings, Elaine Ivancis of West Hartford, Gerald "Gerry" La Fountain of Pall Mall, TN, Sheila Dumas of East Hartford, Michael LaFountain of West Hartford Douglas LaFountain of East Hartford; as well as several nieces and nephews.
