Jeannette Rae Czaja, 55, of Higganum, Connecticut, beloved wife of Allan Czaja, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2024, at her residence.

Born on Friday, July 11, 1969, in Meriden, Connecticut, Jeannette was the cherished daughter of Joan (Gavette) Reed and the late Richard Reed. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and a cherished sister who touched the lives of many with her kindness and warmth.

Jeannette is survived by her husband, Allan Czaja of Higganum, daughter, Grace Czaja of Higganum, CT, stepdaughters: Natalie Lein-Czaja of Durham, Jessica Coleman of Higganum; her sister, Sandra Reed of Durham, CT, her brother, Richard Reed and his wife, Trish and nephew Ryan and niece Katie Reed of Chester, CT, her father-in-law, Robert Czaja, of Florida , mother-in-law, Jean Isaacson of Hartford and brother-in-law, Bob Czaja of Virginia.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Grace Lutheran Church, 1055 Randolph Road, Middletown, Connecticut.
