Irmgard (Konzog) Scalise, 94, of Durham, wife of the late Dominic Scalise, passed away on Tuesday February 25, 2025 at her home.

She was born in Germany, daughter of the late Fritz and Martha (Tanhäuser) Konzog. Irmgard enjoyed reading and gardening and will always be remembered for her love of animals.

She is survived by her daughter, Ingrid Scalise of Middletown, grandchildren, Stephanie Civetelli, Christina Civetelli Joseph and her husband Mike; great grandchild, Sage Joseph. She was predeceased by her sister, Elli Bunke, and brothers, Walter, Herbert and Manfred Konzog.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday February 28th at 11 a.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown. Burial will follow at Mica Hill Cemetery.
