Hyacinth Deleta Leachman, 81, of Middletown, passed away Sunday December 11, 2022 at Middlesex Hospital. She was born in Jamaica, daughter of the late Johanna Mullings and Caswell Mullings. Hyacinth worked as a nurse's aide for Middlesex Health Care for 17 years.

Hyacinth is survived by her sons, Martin Leachman and his wife Monique of FL, Mark Leachman and his wife Jane of GA, her only daughter Valerie Brightwell and her husband Theodore of Middletown CT, Luke Leachman and fiancé Debra Moscardini of Middletown  CT. Grandchildren, Savonna, Dante, Colin, Gabriella, Isaiah, Landon, Jocelyn, Nyah and Kenize. She is survived by her two brothers Sydney and Sewell Mullings.
