Gerald Santostefano, 67, of Palm Springs, CA, formerly of Connecticut, died Sunday December 8, 2024 in Palm Springs.

He was born in Middletown, the son of the later Albert "Bert" O. and Eleanor (Casserino) Santostefano.  Jerry proudly served with the US Air Force and worked for numerous organizations throughout his career including the CT Lottery.

He is survived by his brothers, Albert Santostefano (Nancy) of Middletown, Donald Santostefano (Pat) of Pennsylvania, Guy Santostefano of Long Island, and sister, Cynthia "Cindi" Santostefano of California also 3 nieces, 2 nephews, 4 great nieces, 6 great nephews and many cousins. He is also survived by numerous friends and his beloved companion, Skipper. He was predeceased by friend and sister-in-law, Christine Stohlberg.

Jerry spent the last few weeks of life with his sister by his side. Cindi reminisced about the good ole days and reminded him of their many antics and escapades. Jerry passed knowing that his family and friends loved him dearly and that Skipper had a forever home with Cindi. We will miss him but take comfort in knowing that he is reunited with his parents.

His Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday December 30th, 10:30 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, 310 Westfield St., Middletown. Burial will be in St. Sebastian Cemetery, Rockfall. Visitation will be on Monday prior to the funeral mass from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Pius X.
