Geneva (Mason)Tobias,96 of Middlefield, wife of the late Leo Tobias, passed away on July 2, 2026, at Apple Rehab of Middletown. Geneva was born in Meriden, the daughter of Glenville Mason and Lola (Kendall) Mason.

Prior to her retirement, Geneva was employed at Goodyear Rubber Company as an inspector and at A&P supermarket as a clerk, also as a crossing guard in Portland. She is survived by her daughter, Rose Leary, and her late husband, James Leary of Colerain, NC. And sons Leon Tobias of Middlefield and Edward Tobias and his wife Alana of Marlborough, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1great-great grandchild.
