Franklin E. Rusconi, Jr., 64, of Middletown, died Friday May 19, 2023 at Middlesex Hospital surrounded by family.  He was born in Middletown, son of the late Franklin E. and Mary (Hajek) Rusconi, Sr.  Frank most recently was a custodian for the Cromwell School System where he enjoyed going to work and interacting with the faculty and students.  Frank also enjoyed car shows and car races.

He is survived by his brothers, David Rusconi and Steven Rusconi both of Higganum, nephew, Josh Rusconi, as well as several cousins and extended family.
