Evelyn (Varhue) Len, 89, of Middletown, formerly of Middlefield, wife of the late Joseph I. Len, died Monday October 9, 2023 at Heritage Commons, Middletown.

She was born in Rockfall, the daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Grzech) Varhue.  Prior to her retirement, Evelyn was a secretary with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft in Middletown.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen (Michael) Fiddler of Middletown; her son, Joseph M. Len of Middlefield; and her grandchildren Jennifer (Ed) Lynds and Michael Fiddler Jr.; also, several nieces and nephews. Evelyn was predeceased by four sisters, Ida Pokorny, Sophie Jay, Mary McKenna and Bernice Mucha; and two brothers, Joseph and Frank Varhue.

Her Funeral Liturgy will be held Friday October 13th at 11:30 a.m. at St. Colman Church, Hubbard St., Middlefield.
