Elizabeth "Bette" Kielb, 73, of Middletown, died Saturday November 23, 2024 at Portland Care and Rehabilitation Centre.

She was born in Middletown, the daughter of Lenora (Terrant) Frazier and the late George Frazier.  Prior to her retirement, Bette worked for Jarvis Products in Middletown.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Lisa Czaja and her husband Mark of Middletown, son, Joseph and his wife Barbara of Clinton; siblings, Robert Frazier and his wife, Barbara of Newington, Raymond Frazier and his wife Joanne of Jennings, MO; sister-in-law, Cynthia Frazier of Bedford, MA; three grandchildren, Morghan, Joey and Mackenzie; also several nieces and nephews; and many additional beloved family members and friends. She was predeceased by her grandson, Matthew Czaja; brothers, Douglas and Georgie Frazier; and sister, Katherine Frazier.

Bette's family is extremely grateful for the care and compassion from all staff of Portland Care & Rehab during her stay there.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday (Nov. 30th) from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown. Burial will be at the convenience of her family.  A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
