Edmond "Ed" Dion, 95, of Middletown, husband of the late Estelle Gagnon Dion, passed away peacefully in his sleep, Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

Ed was born in Fall River, MA, son of the late Emile and Alice (Levesque) Dion.  Ed retired from Johnson Controls as a commercial HVAC service technician.  Golf was his true passion.  He was a Korean War Veteran serving with the U.S. Army.

Ed was predeceased by his wife Estelle and is survived by his daughter Leeann, three sons, Michael, Mark, his wife Rita Mae, Edmond, his wife Rose, three grandchildren, Melissa, her husband Michael, John, his wife Brenna, Valeriay, and his great-grandson Levi.  He was predeceased by his brother Eugene.

A visitation hour will be held Tuesday, May 30th at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver Street, Middletown from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.  A funeral mass will follow at Saint John Church, Middletown at 11:00 a.m.  Burial with military honors will be held at the State Veterans' Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O.
