Diane (Clark) Anton, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister passed peacefully at Middlesex Memorial Hospital on May 25, 2024.  She was 82.

Diane was the eldest daughter of the late Frances and Anne Clark.  She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Ronald Anton, her two daughters Vicky Hertler, and husband Bill, Nancy LaPointe, and husband Darryl.  Diane also leaves behind her two grandsons who she cherished, Ryan Hertler and Connor Hertler.  Her sisters, Maribeth Peruta, and husband Dave, Margaret Zinser (late husband Robert) and her brother Tom, and wife Rosemary.  She also leaves behind several nieces and a nephew.

Diane worked at Sears and Roebucks for over 20 years and then for the Middletown School System as an administrative secretary.  She enjoyed vacationing in Maine with her husband, reading a good book and playing dominoes with her friends.

The family would like to thank the many health professionals who cared and treated her as well as for their compassion and kindness.

May she rest in peace, knowing she was deeply loved and will be forever cherished.
