Deborah (Johnson) Gutt of Northford (long time resident of Portland), Connecticut, passed away peacefully on November 12th, 2024, at Water's Edge in Middletown, Connecticut. Debbie was born on November 10, 1953, daughter of the late Earl and Marjorie (Stannard) Johnson.

Debbie was predeceased by her loving husband of 45 years, Martin Gutt. She is survived by her sisters, Anne Miazga (Frank) and Linda Bronson (Bill); her brothers, Ted Johnson (Nayoung) and Carl Johnson (Debbie); and her brother-in-law, Phillip Gutt. She is also lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews as well as long-time friends, Mary, Dineen, and Eileen.

Debbie grew up in Portland, Connecticut. She graduated from Portland High School, Class of 1971. Debbie worked many years in a clerical accounting position at various firms. Debbie and Martin enjoyed camping throughout New England. Debbie found pleasure in reading novels, working on stitchery and solving sudoku puzzles. She was a dedicated NASCAR/Joey Logano fan!
