Carol A. Spencer, 72, of Rocky Hill, formerly of Middletown, died Sunday January 25, 2026 at her home.

She was born in Middletown, the daughter of the late David and Josephine (Kowal) Cyranowicz.  Prior to her retirement, Carol was a payroll supervisor with the State of CT Department of Motor Vehicles.

She is survived by her son, Paul Spencer of Hartford; brother, Robert Cyranowicz of Middletown; friend, Donna Spencer of Rocky Hill.

Her Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday (Feb. 5th) at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Church, Middletown. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  There are no calling hours.
