Carla (Annino) Shanks, 75, of White Springs, FLA, beloved wife of Jack E. Shanks, Jr., passed away on Sunday May 18 ,2025. She was born in Middletown, daughter of Margaret (Andeen) Annino of Higganum, CT and the late Joseph S. Annino, Jr.

Carla is survived by her husband Jack; son Peter Shanks of White Springs, FLA; brothers, Ronald Annino and his wife Paula of Higganum, Richard Annino of Higganum; granddaughters Bailey Shanks of Valdosta, GA; Jordan Shanks of Valdosta, GA; and Cheyenne Gaddis of White Springs, FLA; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 29th from 9:30 to 11 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Biega Funeral home, 3 Silver St. Middletown, CT.
