Brian K. Staples, 62, of Middletown, died Sunday February 11, 2024, at his home. Brian grew up in Middletown and was a graduate of Vinal Technical High School. Brian is survived by his parents, Richard and Carolyn (Woollacott) Staples, his children Michael and Jennifer Staples, sister Wendy Ollari and brother Daniel Staples.

Brian loved fishing at Lake Willoughby with friends and family. Brian was an avid fan of the Hartford Whalers and the New York Giants. Brian also enjoyed painting in his spare time. For many years, Brian was employed as a service manager with Jackson Chevrolet.
