Brian J. Scerra, 34, of Middletown, died Friday, May 30, 2025, at his home with his family at his side.  Brian was born in New Haven, son of Francis Scerra of Middletown and Mary Brotz of Lowell Vermont.

Brian was a 2009 graduate of Xavier High School.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, for better or worse.

Besides his parents, Brian is survived by two sisters, Christine Scerra of Lowell, Vermont, Alicia Slumkowski of Branford, and many friends and extended family members.
