Arolyn C. Mains, 89, of Berlin, wife of the late Raymond E. Mains, died Monday October 27, 2025 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut. She was born in Pembroke, ME, daughter of the late Russell and Emma (Taylor) Carter.

Arolyn enjoyed spending time with her family, especially attending all the activities that her grandchildren were involved in.

Arolyn is survived by her son, Rick Mains of Berlin, daughters, Dawn Crane (Robert) of Meriden, Pam Mays (Brian) of Bristol, three grandchildren, Elizabeth Sura (Robert), Nathaniel Crane and Trevor Mays. She was predeceased by her sisters, Murial Jones, Norma Wise, and Gloria Hamor and brothers, Gordon and Granville Carter.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday November 1st at 2:30 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown. Family and friends may gather prior to the service from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Burial at Miner Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
