Ann Lorraine Radziwon, 88, of Middletown, passed peacefully on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Wadsworth Glenn Health Care, Middletown.

Ann Lorraine was born in Middletown, daughter of the late, Walter Francis and Doris Aleve (Hill) Radziwon.  Prior to her retirement, Ann Lorraine worked in the housekeeping department for Highview Health Care.

Ann Lorraine is survived by a sister, Betty Bengtson of Middletown, a sister-in-law, Beverly Radziwon, a niece, Deborah Perham, two nephews and their spouses, Bill Bengtson and his wife Lynn of East Hampton, Steve Bengtson and his wife Maryann, many great nieces and nephews and a dear friend, Theresa Mount of Middletown.  She was predeceased by a sister, Helen Perham, two brothers Robert and Richard Radziwon, and a brother-in-law Russell Bengtson.

Ann Lorrain's family would like to thank the staff at Wadsworth Glenn for the care and compassion they gave Ann Lorraine over the past twelve years.  A special thanks goes to Mary, Darleen, Carmen, and Abigail for their exceptional compassion and friendship.
