Viscon Dave Francis, 46, of Middletown, died Saturday, April 14, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born in St. Mary’s, Jamacia, son of Cenfil Francis and the late Sylvia (Johnson) Francis. He was an avid pool player and an artist who used drawing as a form of relaxation.

Viscon is survived by five brothers, Michael and his wife Annemarie of Middletown, Alexander and his wife Marcia of Round Rock, TX, Ayrton and his wife Yvette of Bristol, Heron and his wife Carla of New Haven, Cleon and his wife Karen of Middletown, one sister Deremius Williams and her husband Anthony of Middletown, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Shiloh Baptist Church, 346 Butternut Street Middletown, CT. Friends may call prior to the service at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
