Lenore M. Kane, 85, of Middletown, wife of the late Roger Gerald Kane, died Monday, March 26, 2012 at Middlesex Hospital.

She was born in Middletown, daughter of the late Jacob and Alice (Guzewicz) Bazidlo. Prior to retirement, she worked for the State of CT with the Department of Income Maintenance.

Lenore lived at the Village at South Farms for five wonderful years where she became close with the staff and made many friends, she was loved by all.

Lenore is survived by a son, Roger William Kane of Meriden, two daughters, Deborah L. Kane of Middletown, Kathleen Vicino of East Hampton, two sisters, Anna May Spooner of Meriden, Barbara Gilletti of Middletown, four granddaughters, seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters, Ellamarie Sauerman and Virginia Natalie.
