Clara A. (Golab) Yantosh, 90, of Middletown, wife of the late Paul A. Yantosh, died on Tuesday, October 25, 2011, at Middlesex Hospital.
She was born February 2, 1921 in Middletown, the daughter of the late Martin and Magdelina (Pula) Golab. Prior to her retirement she was employed by the town of Middlefield for 20 years as the Registrar of Voters and was a parishioner of St. Mary of Czestochowa Church.
Clara is survived by her three sons, Thomas Yantosh and his wife Katherine of Middlefield, Raymond Yantosh and his wife Joanna of Brookhaven, PA and Robert Yantosh and his wife Karin Middletown; one brother, Joseph Golab of NH; a sister, Elizabeth Northam of Moodus; eight grand children; three great-grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three sisters, Sister Mary Beata, Rita Blakely and Mary Lukasik; and two brothers, Peter and John Golab.
Her Funeral Liturgy will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, Middletown. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
